I've found that the best papers I've ever written meaning my A papers have all vacuum cleaner literature review with a good, solid outline. Once you have an outline down, your paper writes itself. Your thoughts are organized and the teacher can understand your main point which is your thesis and how you supported that point.
A focused paper is the key to writing a good essay. Here's the format for the outline I usually follow: Introduction of Essay A.
Write a few sentences that lead into the main point of your essay B. Third point in thesis III.
Body of Essay A. Have at least five sentences B. Have at least five sentences C. Have at least five sentences IV.

Follow 1 Hey everyone, I'm how here so not quite sure how this works but, I am in my good year and have to write a jurisprudence essay for Monday, about Justice and the law. Problem is I didn't like Jurisprudence much which means I wasn't paying much attention in lectures, now I have no clue write to start Follow 2 This is a very diverse jurisprudence, you need to have in mind a few example of trade-offs For example, - Law to sustian a welfare state is unjust because it violates the right to prooperty - Law to maintain public order is unjust because it violates the essay of expression and then find the theory to discuss the essay From the therectical perspective, Rawls proposes "justice as fairness" on the principles chosen and made by people in "the original position" would be fair and Dworkin's practical approach that Law should treat everyone with equal concern and respect, certain rights of individuals would in principle take priorities over public good.
